OBDSTAR DC706 working on GPEC2A, I am having some issues reading flash on GPEC2A PCM anyone could help… I have made all connections as instructions say to do but I only get ext EEPROM read and all FFFF in flash…

Solution:
Use a high-power DC regulated power supply (no less than 5A) to power the ECU.
Do NOT use the power adapter in the package (2A), that is only for charging the tablet, otherwise communication may fail due to low power of the power adapter!
